Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts are clearly labeled throughout the site.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on weight/location. There are three rates. The GOLD level is guaranteed to arrive in 2-5 business days and starts at $7.70. The SILVER level arrives in about 10 days and starts at $5.70. The BRONZE level usually arrives in about 2 weeks and starts at $4.50.

What products do you currently offer?
T-shirts, ladies shirts, youth shirts, toddler shirts, onesies, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, tank tops, doggie shirts, mousepads, coasters, stickers/labels, and buttons.

I did not get what I ordered. What do I do?
If there was a mistake on our part (i.e., the items in your package do not match your packing slip), please call us at 888-630-5433. Do not send any items back as we will try to correct your order with no hassle on your part.

Can I return/exchange my non-clothing item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on non-clothing items.

Can I exchange my t-shirt?
Send your clothing to us along with $4 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Include a list of what items you would like in exchange. Please call us if you need your items exchanged quickly. Otherwise, items will be mailed out via first class mail within 2 weeks of receiving the exchange.

Shopkeepers cannot exchange purchased items except for in cases where it is some mistake on our part.

Can I return my t-shirt?
On clothing, we offer an unconditional money back guarantee (less shipping and handling costs) for 45 days from the date ordered. In order to keep our prices low, there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders. Please send us an email to let us know that you are sending a return. For repeat customers, the restocking fee may be waived at our sole discretion. Note that you may also lose a quantity price break if you return items. For instance, if you ordered 20 shirts and return 2, you will be charged the 10+ price for the remaining 18 shirts, not the 20+ price. Therefore, it may be more advantageous to keep the two items.

Are you Christian owned and operated?
Yes! In fact, that is what makes us unique. There is no other Christian owned and operated site of any notable scale that does what we do.

What makes Virtuous Planet unique?
Similar sites promote abortion, sex, homosexuality and anti-Christian values. Even if you have good art, many Christians who see these other designs get offended and leave. We strive for moral excellence, and our goal is to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

Is it free to open a shop?
Yes. There is no cost to you.

Who makes/sends my items?
We fulfill your orders and handle everything.

How do I make money?
You receive the markup on your products. The base price for a t-shirt is $12.99. If you sell them for $15.99, you make $3 per shirt. As people buy in larger quantities, the base price changes along with your commission in order to encourage volume purchasing.

Can I buy my own items? Do I get a discount?
Yes, you can see these prices in your shopkeeper account. Other sites charge shopkeepers base prices for their own items. We do not really think that is fair, and so you can get your own items at super discounts.

If I open a shop, does that mean you own my art?
No. You always own your art. You give us non-exclusive printing rights to fulfill orders and to possibly advertise your store. However, you are free to use your art in any way you want.

Why don't you sell dark shirts?
After testing the latest direct-to-garment technology, we have determined that dark shirts last an average of only six washes before the design is greatly deteriorated. Light color tees, on the other hand, last hundreds of washes. Many websites will market dark shirts as if they last a long time, but they simply are not telling the truth. We will not sell dark tees until the technology is up to our quality standards.

Note that the same holds true even for sites that say they have a "secret proprietary technology" for making dark shirts. We have tested these as well, and the results are not impressive.

If you are the maker of any advanced technology, please send us samples, and we would be happy to purchase your equipment if it can hold up to our rigorous standards.

When does the $5000 promotion expire?
When ten shopkeepers sell 500 shirts each.

When will I receive my $500?
Approximately 3-6 months after you reach 500 shirts. This time period is necessary to reduce fraud.

Why are you giving away so much money?
We know that it takes effort to get a shop going, and we want to give you a good bonus when you reach a certain level.

I am not Christian, but I want to open a family-friendly shop. Can I join?
Yes. For example, you could make a store about dogs or any topic you choose. As long as you do not make fun of Jesus and you have art that fits with our site, you do not have to be a Christian to join. That being said, we hope that you will become a Christian one day.
